Portal Privacy Notice

ImpactEco processes account, organization, project, funding-mandate, evidence, communication and impact-reporting data to operate the portal and moderate climate-finance introductions.

How information is used

Information is used for identity checks, project verification, matching, fraud and security controls, communications, audit records and platform reporting. Direct contact details are restricted until ImpactEco approves an introduction.

Storage and access

Production data is hosted with ImpactEco's hosting provider. Access is role-based. Evidence files are screened and reviewed by authorized moderators. Records are retained while needed for active accounts, compliance, dispute prevention and legitimate operational purposes.

You may request access, correction or account closure by contacting connect@impacteco.org. Some audit or legal records may need to be retained.
